What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a session ?

Life happens, and I understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to adjust the schedule and offer that time slot to another client.

What if I have a specific injury or health condition ?

How often do I need to train each week ?

The frequency of training sessions depends on your goals and availability. Typically, clients train 2-4 times per week to see optimal results. However, even starting slow with just one session a week is better than nothing and can still bring results. We’ll create a schedule that fits your lifestyle and helps you achieve your fitness goals efficiently.

What equipment or facilities will I need ?

You don't need a gym membership to benefit from my coaching. Many workouts can be done at home with minimal equipment. I’ll guide you on the necessary equipment based on your personalized workout plan.
