I have started my Gym journey with Victor in 2020, it is almost 4 years now and continuing!
Victor knows the balance of pushing the limits vs keeping the exercises challenging, which then results into a gradual increase in strength while keeping yourself motivated ! Victor has deep knowledge about body literacy, nutrition, wellness, lifestyle and psychology, which he combines in his sessions to give an overall perspective towards exercising and benefits.
Over the years, I have acquired immense physical confidence and strength, thanks to Victor.
